ZS BY ZOE SOPHOCLEOUS is a registered Trade Name in Cyprus (Registration Number EE44685) with office address at Agias Zonis 81, 3090 Limassol, Cyprus.
The owner of the Trade Name ZOE SOPHOCLEOUS is also the registered owner of the Trade Mark No. 85441 which has been registered in Cyprus as form 17/10/2016. All the clothes, accessories and designs included in this webpage have been created by ZOE SOPHOCLEOUS and are the exclusive property of ZS. ZS is also the copyright owner of all designs, photos, text, graphics and materials appearing in this Website.
You agree that all clothes, accessories, designs, photos, text, materials, products and services provided on this Website are the property of ZS including all copyright, trade marks or other industrial and intellectual property rights. You also agree that you will not copy or otherwise infringe any of the ZS’s Intellectual and Industrial Property Law rights. You may access this site and purchase any items for your own personal non-commercial use. You may not copy and/or reproduce any part of this Website.
Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old in order to use this Website. By using this Website you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and you may legally adhere to this Terms. ZS assumes no responsibility for any age misrepresentation effected by any user of this Website.
Placing Orders
1. To place an order you must create an account with us, log in to your account and complete your purchase.
2. When you place an order on this Website you state you are over the age of 18 and are legally capable to enter into binding contracts.
3. We will not execute any false or fraudulent orders.
4. If you do not provide us with the information requested by this Website, we will not execute your order.
5. All orders are subject to products being available. The user will be notified on availability and expected date of delivery within 48 hours.
6. Before ordering any product please check all necessary information on the product description, including material composition, colours. Please call us at 25725211 – 9773827 for assistance or send us an e-mail at info@zszoesophocleous.com. Please bear in mind that the colour and the composition of the clothes you see depend on your computer system and we can not guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.
Prices
All prices are in Euro and include VAT.
Returns & Refunds
a) Items may be returned in original purchase condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Let us know which items you wish to return by sending an e-mail to info@zszoesophocleous.com or call us at 25725211 – 9773827.
b) In order for us to accept the return, the product must be in excellent condition, along with the package and the tag which should be intact and should not be removed.
c) Please note that you will bear the cost of the return of the items to us.
d) Upon receipt of the items in the condition stated in paragraph 6(b) above, we will advise you accordingly and we will issue a credit note valid in store online. The Credit Note will be valid for 2 months. Alternatively, you may find another item you like and we would be happy to exchange it immediately.
e) Please note that sales items would be acceptable for return or exchanges.
f) Refund from our store is effected only in the case that the product you receive is defective. In this case please contact us at info@zszoesophocleous.com or call us at 25725211 – 9773827.
Payment
You can pay your order using the methods below:
a) Cash on Delivery (available only for orders within Cyprus):
you can pay your order during the receipt to the employee of ZS ZOE SOPHOCLEOUS SHOWROOM or to ACS COURIER on arrival.
b) Credit / Debit Card:
You can pay your order by credit / debit card issued by any bank.
c) Bank transfer, PayPal or Stripe
d) Pay in store: you can place your order online and pick up your order from our shop at Agias Zonis 81 3090 Limassol Cyprus
Shipping
a) All orders effected before 12:00 local time are dispatched immediately if they are in stock or within two weeks if not available at the time of order.
b) We do not deliver / dispatch orders during the weekend.
c) When your order is complete and dispatched, we will send you the tracking number of the order.
d) The prices displayed at this Website do not include a delivery charge. Please note that you will bear the cost of shipping as follows:
