1. Items may be returned in original purchase condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Let us know which items you wish to return by sending an e-mail to info@zszoesophocleous.com or call us at 25725211 – 9773827. 

 

2. In order for us to accept the return, the product must be in excellent condition, along with the package and the tag which should be intact and should not be removed. 

 

3. Please note that you will bear the cost of the return of the items to us. 

 

4. Upon receipt of the items in the condition stated in paragraph 6(b) above, we will advise you accordingly and we will issue a credit note valid in store online. The Credit Note will be valid for 2 months. Alternatively, you may find another item you like and we would be happy to exchange it immediately. 

 

5. Please note that sales items would be acceptable for return or exchanges.

 

6. Refund from our store is effected only in the case that the product you receive is defective. In this case please contact us at info@zszoesophocleous.com or call us at 25725211 – 9773827.
